The Dickson County Help Center is a non-profit, public corporation chartered for the purpose of providing aid in the form of food, clothing, prescribed medication, temporary shelter and limited financial assistance to the citizens of Dickson County on an emergency basis.
DCHC assisted 1,918 households totaling over 4,480 individuals with food, clothing and financial assistance, as well as many other services in 2020.
Last year, DCHC gave over $100,000 to families in need of rent or utilities assistance.
DCHC provided clothes to over 431 families (over 1,047 individuals) in need in 2020.
Last year, DCHC delivered food to 75+ elderly shut-ins monthly throughout Dickson County.
